What's included ?

High-speed dedicated Wi-Fi on every floor and on the roof terrace, with flat-screen internet-enabled TVs either discreetly placed in the bedroom or in an adjacent sitting room. iPhone charging points are available in each kitchen and each bedroom.

A Nespresso machine, tea tray, and refrigerated soft drinks are provided in each room, or in the adjacent kitchen if you have an apartment room. An honesty bar is available in each dining room with a selection of local wines and aperitifs.

Kitchens are stocked with basic items that you may need during your stay, and a pre-arrival shopping hamper is available to order.

Parking

There is a ZTL (Zona a Traffico Limitato) system that permits only resident cars in the historic centre. However, there is ample free parking on the side streets just outside the city walls, and it is only a few minutes' walk through the old town to reach Nardo House.

Pets

Well behaved dogs are always welcome but only by prior arrangement as not all rooms are suitable.  Pets are only allowed on Piano Terra, the ground floor. There is an additional charge of E10 per night per pet.

Accessibility

As a historic property, we have taken great care to ensure good accessibility for all but both floors have a few stepped areas.  However the elevator provides direct access from the Piano Terra (ground floor) or the Piano Nobile (first floor) to the roof terraces, and both floors are characterised by wide double doors and spacious rooms. The Simone Apartment features a fully accessible shower, while the Matteotti Suite has a large separate shower. Please contact us with any specific requests or for more information.
